Player safety is always our highest priority. Training sessions may be delayed, relocated, rescheduled, or canceled when weather or field conditions create an unsafe environment.
Training will be suspended immediately whenever lightning is detected in the area.
Heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, or other dangerous weather may affect schedules.
Sessions may be modified, shortened, relocated, or canceled during excessive temperatures.
Training may be relocated or canceled due to unsafe playing surfaces or facility conditions.
Activities may be adjusted when air quality reaches unhealthy levels for outdoor exercise.
The safety and well-being of every player is our highest priority. In the event of an emergency, please follow the procedures below.
If a player experiences a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.
Academy staff will assist emergency responders and contact the player's emergency contacts as soon as possible.
After contacting emergency services, notify Academy staff as soon as it is safe to do so.

Absolutely. Parents are welcome to observe from designated spectator areas while allowing coaches to coach and players to learn independently.
Families will receive notification as soon as possible through the Academy's communication channels.
